As i already had modded middleton’s BIOS installed i guessed that any WLAN card should be compatible, but after installment i realised that i was wrong.

Only with driver from link above driver version I would suggest investigating one of the Atheros-based mini PCI cards as well as the Broadcom solutions that Dell sells under their own brand.
